    Positive: The location is unbeatable. The apartment is very pleasant and well maintained. The service of being able to self-check in is great and the host sent us all the detailed information on time :) Negative: The rooms do not have windows, the staircase is very narrow (I do not recommend it if you have mobility problems), and the upstairs room has a "panel" through which sunlight enters and does not allow you to sleep beyond 8 am. .. We would have appreciated if they left hand towels, since we only had one large towel for each one and it was uncomfortable not having a personal hand towel.

    Positive: Apartament na piątym piętrze. dwupoziomowy. Niższy poziom to salon połaczony z kuchnią, sypialnia, łazienka z ubikacją, przedpokój. Na wyższy poziom prowadzą schody. Tam jest sypialnia z ubikacją. Zarówno w salonie jak i w każdej z sypialni są telewizory. Mieszkanie bardzo ładnie urządzone, drzwi w klatce schodowej zamykane na kod. Świetna lokalizacja przy Rynku w Warszawie, widok z okna na Rynek. Sypialnie bez okien, w apartamencie jest jedno okno - to w salonie. Negative: No comment

    хозяин не отвечает на сообщения и не помогает в процессе проживания, в квартире было отключено отопление все дни, на улице было -6 и в квартире работала только 1 батарея на 1 этаже, на втором этаже ( спальне ) было очень холодно, в диване на первом этаже нашли столовые приборы и мусор внутри, в квартире нет кондиционера и всего 1 окно

    A great place to stay while you are in Warsaw. The location is hard to beat, with a window facing the old town market square. Spacious and sparkling clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. The only downside is the staircase to the floor with the second bedroom, it's quite steep and not so suitable for older people or persons with reduced mobility. Super responsive host. Can highly recommend.

Only problem is that apartments is on the 4-th floor and second bedroom is on the fives floor, what is not comfortable for old people. We had only 2 sets of towels but four people, unfortunately host did not bring to us two more sets of towels.

    Positive: Design, interior Negative: My friends and I, a group of four girls, stayed in your apartment for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. First and foremost, we were provided with an inadequate supply of essential amenities. Despite the fact that your policy states that hygiene items are provided only for one night's stay, we were surprised to find that we were given just two toilet paper rolls for four people over three nights. This inconsistency in providing for guests staying longer durations is not only unfair but also quite inconvenient. Moreover, we discovered that the apartment lacked basic supplies such as kitchen towels, even though we found an item designated for them in the kitchen area. Additionally, there was no soap provided in either the bathrooms or the kitchen. Furthermore, our request for an earlier check-in, which we made during the booking process, was denied without any explanation. However, upon calling the property, we were informed that our room was already prepared. This miscommunication demonstrates a lack of attention to guest requests and a disregard for our time and convenience. Taxis were unable to pick us up nearby, requiring us to walk to and from the apartment each time. This inconvenience should be made clear to guests during the booking process.

    Couch had dirty stains, did not have any kitchen towels and only one toilet paper for two nights. On the sheets of second floor bedroom we found fake eyelashes. The shower was also leaking because the water was not going down. Place of the AIRBNB was great though. Be aware that you need to walk up to the 5th floor by stairs, that might cause a problem for some people. The stairs in the apartment are also very steep and small.

Also toilet paper provided only during the first day of the stay...Petty things like these don't make for the best overall experience. Warning - no aircon which can be troublesome in the summer.

    The good: 1. The apartment is located right in the middle of the Old Town. You can hardly find a better location. 2. Very well-equipped kitchen. 3. One full bathroom downstairs and additional toilet upstairs. 4. Two separate bedrooms. 5. Smart TVs in every room. The bad: 1. Very low quality beds. Some of the slats and frame are clearly repaired multiple times, however, multiple slats are broken at their connection points to the frame, at least one slat did not even have a connecting bracket and was simply resting on top of the frame. The frame itself is also very cheap, and flexes outwards easily. All of this resulted in the slats literally dropping out in the middle of the night while we were trying to sleep, forcing us to get out of bed and try to rearrange them back onto the frame, MULTIPLE times. 2. The mattresses and pillows are very low quality, the mattress has very little support and is overly soft. 3. Loose tiles in the shower resulting in stagnant water collecting underneath

Pyysimme Booking Hostia tuomaan lakanat ja peiton vuodesohvaan, mutta he lakkasivat vastaamasta viesteihin, vaikka toimiston piti olla auki. Lisäksi kumpaankin parisänkyyn oli vain yksi peitto, vaikka molemmat sängyt oli tarkoitettu kahdelle. Asunnon sijainti oli tosi hyvä. Keskellä Varsovan vanhaakaupunkia. Reissu sujui muuten hyvin, mutta Booking Host vaikutti välinpitämättömältä majoittajalta. En voi suositella tätä kohdetta. Se oli kallis, pienempi kuin kuvat antoivat ymmärtää ja nukkumisjärjestelyt olivat Booking Hostin takia hyvin epämieluisat.

Lägenheten var fin och ren förutom lite hår och kvarglömda bilnycklar i en låda. Det fanns ingen hiss och lägenheten finns på högsta våningen. Men är man ung och stark är det inga problem.

    Great location and appartment was just like in the pictures and the view to Christmas market was just stunning. Also the breakfast which was included was as informed. Only minor negative thing was the closest neighbour, who smoked in the lobby (outside the appartment, but inside the building) and the smoke was coming inside the appartment. As I have astma it was not too pleasant.

    Positive: The apartment is comfortable and located in the heart of the historical centre.....Quiet and well heated even although the temperature in Warsaw was cold.....The view of the snowy square from the living room window was truly impressive !! having breakfast outside the door in the morning was a nice start to the day. Negative: I would recommend the property to provide guests with a more stocked courtesy kit such as soap, the dispenser in the upper bathroom was empty, toilet paper, a few more pillows because they were really thin.....I would like to point out that they immediately provided for my request for soap and towels!

    FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, apartment does not have a sofa bed although it’s described and advertised as having one. Basic amenities were missing, there were four in our party and only two sets of towels were provided. We then had to wait 24hrs to receive the missing towels. Tea towels were also missing in the kitchen and wasn’t provided. Communication from the host was slow. Apartment is located in a great area in the old town. The apartment has very nice finishes (although the staircase to the upstairs bedroom is quite a hazard). If the above was provided and we wasn’t mislead to believing there was a sofa bed, the star-rating would have been higher.

    The bathroom flooded when we used the shower because it doesn’t drain properly. We told them about it the first morning we were there, and they said they would send someone. Well, when we left, nobody had been to fix it, and they had not messaged us to update us or apologise for the inconvenience. Poor effort. We have stayed all over the world using Airbnb, and I don’t expect miracles from anyone. However for a host that apparently prides themselves on giving hotel-like service this was really poor. We would rather have had no breakfast and a working shower thanks. There is a perfectly good cafe around the corner. Perhaps they should consider that if people want a hotel, they wouldn’t be looking on this website at all.

    Amazing location with a window overlooking the market square! Breakfast delivered in the morning was a lovely touch and really good quality. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. Please note the stairs are quite steep! We got used to them quickly though, and loved staying here.

    Positive: Elegant and cozy. Everything you need and more, including smart-tv and two toilets. Perfect location. Breakfast is a big plus. Negative: To get a cab you have to walk outside of the protected old town, but it's not that far. Lots of stairs and no elevator.

Amazing view of the town square through the single exterior window - and plenty of fans for ventilation but probably gets hot in the summer. Might not be for you if you have any issues climbing stairs.

    This apartment was absolutely what we were looking for! It was located literally on the square in Old Town. Loved the way the apartment was decorated. It doesn’t have AC but 3 fans were made available and they worked great! There are lots of stairs but doable. Do yourself a favor and book this place now!
