  11. Bardzo wygodny, komfortowy pobyt. Polecam gorąco.

    Positive: Bardzo fajna opcja ze śniadaniami, Codziennie rano czekała na mnie pod drzwiami paczka ze śniadaniem. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Miałem wszystko czego potrzeba aby wygodnie funkcjonować. Zaskoczyła mnie pozytywnie opcja wymiany pościeli i ręczników. Podczas 11 dni zaproponowano mi trzykrotnie taką opcję. Negative: Nie znajduje niczego co mogło by mi się nie spodobać.

    Заезд был очень легкий. Квартира полностьб соответствует фотографиям, было все необходимое. Единственное, что в душе при использовании вода вытекает за дверь, также нечем было вытереть пол. Кравтира очень красивая удобная, но очень жаль что уборка совершенно не соответствует этой квартире. Рекомендую срочно поменять сотрудников по чистке, везде была пыль, мне пришлось вытирать все полки самой. Квартира отдалена от остановки.

    Beautiful Apartment at wonderful Compound, good internet, beautiful Balcony, wonderful living Room with Air-condition (only at Living room not in Bedroom) Great Bathroom with washing Machine and Drier, beautiful Kitchenette as well but unfortunately no Microwave. When you inter this very big Residence you need to walk about 7 Minutes to get to your Unit, the other problem is the Taxi is not always able to reach your Unit because the Gate is closed all the time and it needs a Remote control which I did not get even when I asked for it. The Surprise   was that my Friend who used to live at the same Unit got a Remote Control for the Gate !! the location is far from Centre but you can take Bus No 190 from Szobera 01 Station directly to the Centre, it takes about 50 Minutes, Taxi will take about 25 Minutes and cost about 40 Zlote.

    Positive: Airco in at least one room! comfotrable mattress, small playground for kids right in front of the block, neat and quiet neighbourhood, rather smart design of the property, good contact with the renting services Negative: glass doors on the waredrobe in the hall- risk of breaking the mirror if opening the front door too hards (especially by kids), small faults in the appartment, but no major issues

    Horrible experience unfortunately as it’s our second time to stay there but I was very disappointed. When we checked in place was dirty, lots of hair around, broken curtains, no amenities(toilet paper even).

    Positive: Rent pænt , god str lejlighed. Godt sted den lå. Fredeligt kvarter. At der var opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine. God seng. Negative: Manglede toiletpapir kun 2 ruller. Manglede opvasketabs kun 1 stk. Tilbud med håndklæde skift,sengetøj skift, blev aldrig indfriet. De var underbemandet skrev de. Knage på badeværelset til håndklæde ved håndvasken.

    Positive: Cicha i spokojna lokalizacja nic więcej nie przekonuje do wynajmu Negative: Gorąco odradzam zatrzymywanie się w tym obiekcie. Pierwszą rzeczą jaką trzeba zrobić to posprzątać bo naczynia i sztućce są w opłakanym stanie, odkurzyć też wypada bo warstwa kurzu zapiera dech w piersiach. "Śniadania" wliczone w cenę to nic innego jak ochłapy dla psa chociaż wątpię żeby się tym najadł. Popsute drzwi wejściowe, jak nie przekręcisz zamka od środka to możesz być pewien że nawet nie zauważysz a parę godzin będziesz miał otwarte mieszkanie. Brak pilota do szlabanu żeby wjechać na osiedle. Furtka i podany przez apartament kod nie działa również do szlabanu. Okropna obsługa, kompletnie ignorancka i niespieszna ci pomóc. Jeszcze raz odradzam

    Отличная, чистая и уютная квартира. В ней очень тепло и комфортно. Были полотенца и вся необходимая посуда. Очень мягкая кровать. Хозяин быстро отвечал на все вопросы. Минус: так как это частный сектор, то вокруг домов стоит забор. Чтобы выйти к ближайшей остановке нужно обходить забор 7 минут пешком, это не очень удобно. Но если у вас есть машина, то это не проблема.

  47. Looks can be deceiving

    Positive: The apartment is nice and modern, has good facilities. Negative: The apartment was poorly cleaned prior to our stay. I could see foot or shoe marks on the floor, in the bedroom there was smoking smell, the bedsheets weren’t even changed to clean ones: they had also smoking smells and had some spots. There was wachine machine and dryer in the apartment so I could wash the sheets, but frankly it was quite disgusting to find dirty sheets in the bed. Made me doubt what else was not clean in the apartment.

    Nowe i wygodne mieszkanko w ładnej okolicy Warszawy. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, chyba ze nie za bardzo wyczyszczone. Trzeba więcej zwracać uwagę na czystość, zwłaszcza podłogi. Narobiliśmy trocha kłopotów na kanapie, bo maluszek trocha narozrabiał, (No jak to niemowlęta))). Za co przepraszamy!
