    Positive: Perfect location in Old Town with amazing views. Taxi will bring you to the door. There is an elevator in the building . Apartment was very clean with a great bathroom and fast internet. I would return any time. Negative: In fact I liked everything.

    Positive: Місцезнаходження в центрі. Negative: Все максимально старе та і неробочому стані. Всюди максимально брудно. Пліснява! Сморід у ванній кімнаті. Вікна зламані та погано закриваються. Власники дуже зверхньо спілкуються, зазвичай відповіді варто очікувати більше 2 діб. Це було найжахливіше помешкання, де ми зупинилися та найгірше відношення зі сторони власників помешкання. Нікому не рекомендую. P.S. Там прохідний двір, персонал без попередження може заходити, коли їм захочеться.

Diezgan plaša dzīvojamā istaba ar lieliem logiem un iespaidīgu skatu, jauka guļamistaba, atbilstoša vannas istaba, virtuve šaura, bet pietiekoša. Pāris lietas prasītos pēc atjaunošanas, bet nekas būtisks. Uz ielas daudz maksas stāvvietu, bet svētku laikā novietot auto varētu būt izaicinājums. Varu ieteikt citiem! Vienīgais iebildums - iemītnieki noteikti ir bijuši smēķētāji un, ienākot dzīvoklī, to tiešām var just.

  29. Nice apartment shame about the electricity going off

    Positive: The apartment was in a great location, it was clean and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. Negative: Unfortunately the electricity went off in the whole apartment building on the second day and with my partner needing to use the lift to access the apartment, it wasn't the most ideal situation to be dealing with. After contacting the host company several times throughout the day, it finally got resolved in the evening. Instructions on how to access the apartment could be improved, as there is a gate to enter and exit the courtyard which has an access code but no mention of it in the instructions.

  39. Checkin after 4 pm, good position but no assistance if you have problems

    Positive: The check-in is after 4pm so it was a problem for the luggage. If you have a problem for check-in, their office is open until 9 p.m., if you arrive later is a big problem. The position is great. Negative: the bathroom sink was blocked on the first day, I reported it but they didn't solve the problem and I had to call someone to help me. The assistance doesn't work and the check-in at 4 pm is problematic if you arrive early, you have to work and you don't know where to leave your luggage

    Positive: Very good location to get to the old town and the main attractions Negative: Nowhere around could you get breakfast, and getting into the property was a challenge as there was no description or warning about accessing a gate before you get to the door.

  45. Great potential but bad (NO) service

    Positive: Great view, equipped kitchen, central location, good area, nicely decorated and furnished. Negative: We had 2 major issues: 1. There were MANY spiders and insects (dead and alive), so none of us (4 persons) could not stay in the living room (where there was a double bed). We ended up 4 persons in 1 bedroom in 1 double bed. 2. There was a blockage in the bath upon arrival (not caused by us). After 3 minutes of shower it was flooded and blocked. We got no response and had to sleep 4 people in 1 bed (in the bedroom). The host neither replied our calls nor our messages (via booking.com). I have been using booking worldwide since 2009 and I have never rated a place less than 8. After booking we got a weird message to accept additional terms (which we ignored as the contract is through booking includes all terms): "Thank you for booking our place. We’re happy to host you! Please follow the link to accept the basic rental agreement terms: https://bookinghost.my.salesforce-sites.com/bookingapi/websignature?boo kingId=hImKV5HfIDXiHUfXrS9rvHIsgs9xuNS22A%2FtYfc45fI%3D Your acceptance is necessary to proceed with your booking. Thank you."

    Positive: La ubicación es perfecta, al lado del casco antiguo, metro a 10 minutos andando, comercios y supermercados debajo del apartamento. Las vistas desde el apartamento son bonitas Buena cama de matrimonio, cómoda. Baño, habitación y cocina bien reformado. Negative: Le desluce el mobiliario del comedor, anticuado pero correcto. Le falta un poco de limpieza en ventanas, hay tela de arañas y arañas, me tuve que entretener en sacarlas. Resto muy bien, recomendable. Le pondría una funda protectora al colchón

  57. Light filled apartment overlooking Old Town walls- best for cold weather

    Positive: Spacious light filled apartment overlooking old town walls. Convenience store next door for easy small grocery/drinks shopping. Restaurants nearby. Negative: Instructions advised door code for entry but didn't mention there was a gate to be opened with same code & door was not visible from street, which was confusing. Apartment was superficially clean but shower was blocked due to a build up of hair in drain. There is no air con and as it was hot we needed to open windows which resulted in a lot of noise- Apartment is above a main access road to Old Town so traffic was heavy & lots of noisy drunks, especially on the weekend nights. We had a 4 night stay but were only given one dishwasher tablet and no dishwashing liquid - we requested more but were denied. Along with meagre supplies of toilet paper & soap (we had to ration them!) their penny pinching made us feel very unwelcome. In summary, would only recommend this apartment for a short stay in colder weather!

    Positive: 위치및 전망이 매우좋고 편리함 Negative: 집이 너무밝아 잠을 잘수가 없고 에어컨이 없어서 집안이 찜통이다 브라인드라도 설치해줘야될것같고 세탁기는 있으나 세제가 없어 요구했더니 제공하지 않는다고 했다. 여행자가 세탁기 세제도 가지고 다녀야 하는건지 아쉽다. 휴지도 리필해주지 않는것이 좀 아쉽다 거실 쇼파베드는 결코 성인 2인이 잠들기 어렵고 아주불편하다.

No tiene tostadora. 4 días después de mi partida me envían un mensaje reclamándome el pago urgente de 40€ por un supuesto perchero roto. Inclusive me amenazan diciendo que si no pago inmediatamente informarán a Booking de esta situación. El tono es absolutamente inapropiado e intolerable, además de falsa la acusación. De tal modo, soy yo la que informa a Booking de esta situación

    Positive: Perfect location in the heart of Warsaw old town Negative: In the summer property needs air conditioner as well as blinds in the living room, it’s sunny from morning to night. On the weekends it’s very noisy outside so you need to close all the windows therefore cooling system is needed.

    Positive: Дуже зручна, світла та затишна квартира. Є всі, що необхідні для короткого перебування, прилади та зручності. Все доглянуте та чисте. Чудове місцерозташування. Поруч безліч пам’яток, музеїв, ресторанів. Прямо біля будинку є магазин, а з іншого боку будинку знаходиться маленька пекарня із смаколиками, що працює від раннього ранку! Чіткі та зрозумілі інструкції з перебування. Дякуємо господарям! Negative: Трохи замалий для двох людей диванчик у вітальні.

    A l'arrivée dans l'appartement le ménage n'était pas fait. On nous a répond que la femme de ménage avait un problème de voiture. Le ménage a ensuite été effectué à la va-vite. Des boules de poussière sont présentes sous le lit et le canapé. Ensuite dans la cuisine il n'y avait pas d'eau froide et dans la salle de bains le débit de la douche n'était pas satisfaisant. Nous avons signalé ce problème lors du séjour mais rien n'a été fait. Pour le problème de ménage à l'arrivée on nous a proposé un remboursement de 35€ que nous n'avons toujours pas reçu.

    Positive: Очень красивый вид и удачное расположение! Супер красота из окна!!! Достопримечательности в доступности 3-5 минут. внизу магазины и кафешки, а через дорогу самая историческая часть. Красивая квартира и удобная очень кровать. Negative: Парковка была платная с 8 утра до 8 вечера. но всегда много машин и парковались чуть дальше. Нужно приловчится ее оплачивать ещё

    Positive: Great location in the heart of Warsaw, lovely Old Town view, sparkling clean, stylish place, well furnished and equipped. There is a lift. Generally very satisfied in all aspects. Strongly recommended! Negative: After the booking cinfirmation I was asked to accept additional rental agreement terms. They stipulated inter alia additional financial commitments including on my credit card. I found it unnecessary, not to say unacceptable and ignored this request. Fortunately this did not hinder the whole booking process. The stay turned out unproblematic and very pleasant.

    Cool stay! Apartment is well furnished, location is great for food/museums/night life/explore. Beautiful sky sights from apartment is also a big plus for me. Lastly, free everyday breakfasts, which are delivered early in the morning is a nice touch. The only downside is, since apartment is in the Old Town, it might be a bit loud at night. I recommend this stay to everyone!

    Everything was perfect, location, place, decoration, size of the apartment; but... the place was crawling with spiders. we literally killed like 20 spiders, some small and some medium size (maybe 5/6 cm). we couldn't open the windows because more spiders would come in (we tried). and it is HOT in august in warsaw. we have a little baby, so this was really trouble for us, we stayed the 3 nights until midnight killing spiders. if they fumigate or something, the place is awesome
