    Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist einfach vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. An Aktivitäten und Restaurants mangelt es auf keinen Fall. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und auch sehr schön eingerichtet! Nur die Badezimmer-Tür ließ sich leider nicht schließen. Im Großen und Ganzen ein super Aufenthalt und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

  9. Естетичне помешкання у центрі Варшави

    Positive: Загалом дуже гарні апартаменти, зовнішній вигляд як на фотографіях, три хвилини від головного вокзалу, з аеропорту також досить легко добратися Negative: Вхід до апартаментів був без ключів, але за допомогою коду на ручці вхідної двері, що було дуже некомфортно, тому що цей код дуже часто не считувався одразу і приходилось його вводити декілька разів поспіль. Ще один неприємний момент був повʼязаний з «сервісом». В один із днів перебування мені було запропоноване прибирання та заміна постільної білизни, я відповіла, що погоджуюся та буду рада прибиранню та в який час це би було комфортно (практично цілий день) на що вже не послідувало відповіді та ніхто ніколи не прийшов. Також до менших мінусів належала відсутність пральної машини, мала кількість таблеток для посудомийки, туалетного паперу а також капсул для кавоварки. Тож ці апартаменти скоріш за все можу порекомендувати тим хто шукає житло у Варшаві на пару днів чи вікенд, а не для довготривалого проживання.

    Standard, czystość, lokalizacja i brak hałasu z alei -- wszystko na duży plus i bez zarzutu, natomiast było parę drobnych mankamentów. * brak informacji, że kod do apartamentu trzeba zatwierdzić krzyżykiem... byliśmy przekonani, że robi się to przyciskiem na klamce i że dostaliśmy zły kod. Meldowaliśmy się po 21 więc kontakt z biurem już nie był możliwy... stojąc u drzwi byliśmy gotowi szukać innego noclegu, więc brak jednego znaku w przekazanych informacjach kosztował nas trochę stresu... * poduszki: inny gość wspomniał w opinii, że nie są zbyt wygodne i nie dawałem temu wiary, ale faktycznie są dość wysokie i twarde, nie najlepiej nam się spało... Drugiej nocy woleliśmy spać na podłożonym pod głowę kocu. * zestaw ręczników tylko dla jednej osoby. Finalnie wyjechaliśmy zadowoleni, polecam.

Ponadto nie otrzymaliśmy od Ciebie wiadomości o tym, że serwis sprzątający wszedł do Twojego apartamentu podczas Twojej obecności.     I rented this apartment for one day. I planned to be in Warsaw until the evening and I needed to stay there during the day. After the payment was debited from me, I received a notification that check-in was at 4 PM. This absolutely did not suit me. After correspondence and calls, it was decided that the payment could be returned or the reservation could be transferred to another date. I did so. I was very surprised when the next day I saw that my request to reschedule the reservation was rejected by the owner of the apartment. Nobody returned my money. There is no reservation for another day.

    The appartment location is near the bus station. It is easy to walk everywhere. To the city center we walked around 40 min. The place was very clean, were all ameneties as described. Appartment from the photos looked bigger, but in real the place was spacious. The Host was very friendly, communicative and responsible. All in all, the stay was perfect. Thank you!     Positive: Samo mieszkanie bardzo szykowne, nowe, ładnie udekorowane z wygodnym łóżkiem i balkonikiem. Klatka schodowa odrażająca. Negative: Odór stęchlizny na klatce schodowej nie do wytrzymania, zabija cały urok mieszkania. Do tego niezadbane podwórze i obsługa powinna być na dużo wyższym poziomie. Nie mogłam przedłużyć swego wymeldowania do godz. 15. Miałam odebrać swoją walizkę w biurze firmy, co było dość sporym rozczarowaniem i ogromnym stresem. Obsługa powinna być dużo bardziej przyjazna dla klienta, ponieważ jest jednym z kluczowych czynników.

The location is perfect for tourists, in the city centre, The Palace of Culture and Science is across the street. At the same time, it's very quiet because of courtyard windows. The breakfasts were a pleasant bonus, left at night by the door.

    Positive: El estudio era impecable. Todo muy nuevo, muy limpio, cuidado y elegido con mucho gusto. Era muy cómodo. El desayuno estaba muy bueno también. Negative: Tuvimos un poco de lío con tanto código para entrar, encontrar el apartamento y recoger la llave pero tampoco fue mucho.

На кухне , при желании, можно легко готовить, есть достаточное количество кухонных принадлежностей. Также есть кофемашина и вспениватель молока Nespresso. Отличное и удобное расположение, с удовольствием вернёмся еще!

    The apartment looks great and is nicely located in the middle of the city with shopping opportunities all around. A bit noisy inside the apartment from the neighbours over and on the sides but apart from that we enjoyed ourselves. Can recommend:)

    Positive: Beautiful apartment. Excellent location. Easy arrival and departure. Everything you could want in an apartment. Negative: Stranger kept knocking on door until we opened and then let himself in the test the fans in the flat. We didn't speak Polish so did not know what he wanted. Found this unsettling.

    Das Apartment in Warschau hat uns super gefallen. Es liegt total zentral, wenn man auf die Straße geht, schaut man direkt auf den Kulturpalast und die Wolkenkratzer. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist direkt nebenan. Die Wohnung ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ich mochte besonders die hübsche Einrichtung, bei der man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat.

Turned out they sent instructions by sms.. to traveling person that would most likely not use a SIM card. Could at least notify about that.     Dear Anastasia, I'm very sorry for all problems that you had. We sended you all check-in information to your mobile phone number. I know we should send you all information on airbnb also. It's on us. You couldn't reach us - you knew (on airbnb) our working hours. Anyway - you recieved full refund for all problems. Once again I'm very sorry for all problems that you had. I belive another stay will be better experience!
