  11. Za duża cena jak na ten standard

    Positive: Z pozytywnych faktów można wymienić lokalizację, bezpieczeństwo samochodu (podziemny parking), oraz zamknięty obiekt z dostępem tylko dla mieszkańców. Negative: Nie komfortowe wchodzenie na terenie zamkniętego osiedla (sporo wpisywania kodów dostępu który albo trzeba pamiętać albo mieć gdzieś zapisany) chociaż na to raczej właściciel lokalu wpływu nie ma. Jeśli chodzi o samo mieszkanie to zacząć można od dziwnego zapachu juz po wejściu, oprócz tego niezbyt dokładnie posprzątane po poprzednich wynajmujących (okruchy na sofie w salonie, brudny balkon z pozostawionymi puszkami po piwie, jakieś włosy i kłaki na pościeli). Stan mieszkania też pozostawia sporo do życzenia jak za te pieniądze bo gdy się płaci ponad 1000zl za dwie noce to standard mógłby być lepszy. A tu niestety mieszkanie wymagające juz remontu, pobdzierane meble w ubikacji spuchnięte od wilgoci, odchodząca farba w salonie, odpadające fugi przy ubikacji (ogólnie tandetne remontowe wykonanie) przy malowaniu ścian nawet futryny ktoś wymazał farbą. W łazience w kabinie prysznicowej nie można przełączyć wody z funkcji słuchawki na dysze deszczową. Mimo fajnej lokalizacji pozostaje nie smak po pobycie.

  17. Modernes Apartment in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Gegend, Wilanów Park in der Nähe

    Positive: Modern ausgestattetes Apartment, komfortable und geräumige Zimmer. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, mit dem Fahrstuhl dann direkt vor die Tür des Apartments. Nette Restaurants in der Gegend. Einfache Anbindung zum Stadtzentrum (Buslinie 217 + M1) - etwa 45 Minuten Fahrzeit. Der Wilanów Park ist einen Besuch wert (20 Gehminuten entfernt). Negative: Die Adresse der Unterkunft in der Anzeige weicht von der aktuellen Adresse ab (falsch eingetragen?). In der Anzeige steht "22E Klimczaka 3" was auf der Karte ganz nah an dem Wilanów Park gezeigt wird (9 Gehminuten zum Park) - die richtige Adresse ist aber "Klimczaka 22E Apartment 3" was sich am anderen Ende der Straße befindet (20 Gehminuten zum Park).

    Przyjemne mieszkanie, już dość zużyte, ale nie zmniejszało to komfortu. Bezpieczne dla dzieci. Łóżka wygodne. Brakowało tylko lepszego wyposażenia kuchni. Lokalizacja znakomita, wokół kawiarnie, piekarnie, restauracje. Miejsce parkingowe wygodne i znacznie ułatwia pobyt.

    Positive: Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, ciche osiedle, okna od podwórka. Duża przestrzeń. Wygodny parking podziemny. Ładny balkon. Negative: Niestety sporo drobnych niedociągnięć o których nie sposób nie napisać. Okropny smród z lodówki, wygląda na to że coś się kiedyś zepsuło i lodówka nie została należycie umyta i wywietrzona. Brak kluczy w zamkach zarówno do sypialni jak i łazienek. Brak toalety w głównej łazience, toaleta tylko w toalecie. Brak ręczników papierowych/ścierek w kuchni. Bardzo mały telewizor i kanapa w salonie.

    Positive: Расположение, высокие потолки, хороший современный, хотя и потрепанный, ремонт Negative: Жалоба букинг Снимали квартиру специально с кондиционером, так как в Варшаве была аномальная жара в этот период. Я, жена и маленький ребенок. Вещей было много, одних детских игрушек несколько сумок. И вот мы принесли все вещи, разложили и поняли, что в квартире жарко, несмотря на то, что мы час назад включили кондиционер. Несколько раз включали и выключали - ничего. Не работал внешний блок. Я написал в букинг сообщение арендодателю о неработающем кондиционере - никакого ответа. Была суббота. В воскресенье жара усилилась и по прогнозу следующие дни были еще жарче, до 37. А в квартире еще больше по ощущениям было. Утром в воскресенье мы писали снова - никакого ответа. Жена начала звонить: ответили, что передали сообщение техническому отделу. Через час она снова позвонила узнать, когда пришлют мастера. Сказали, что он напишет. Через пару часов мастер написал и попросил фото кондиционера с пультом во выключенном режиме))) зачем?!!! Но мы прислали, хотя сама просьба выглядела глупо. И тут epic fale! Он пишет: я вижу, что кондиционер работает. 💪🏻 мы, обливаясь потом, просто в шоке были. Я написал: вы издеваетесь? После этого мне ничего не ответили. Мастер так и не приехал. Квартира была оплачена на пять дней заранее, у нас куча вещей, маленький ребенок. И мы были заложниками этой чудовищной ситуации. На грани теплового удара мы прожили там до среды и с радостью съехали. К слову: дневной сон ребенка происходил в машине, так как в спальне в полдень была солнечная сторона и было просто как в сауне. Ну и еще один штрих к портрету: духовка была ужасно грязная. И посудомойка также. Мы их открыли, ужаснулись и закрыли.

    El alojamiento es grande, moderno y está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y con muchos servicios. Está a 13 km del centro, lo que nos pareció algo engorroso cada día. Deberían prestar un poco más de atención a la limpieza en general, el horno, por ejemplo, tenía restos de comida y reparar el mobiliario dañado. Por lo demás, mejorando la limpieza, el apartamento es muy cómodo y muy amplio para alojarse con la familia. Un punto a favor, la plaza de parking. Muy cómoda para acceder directamente al apartamento. Lo recomiendo sin duda a quien no le importe la distancia al centro.

    Positive: No comment Negative: تعامل الصيانه والبطء وعدم المصداقيه بالتوقيت علماً اني واجهة مشكلة بسب قفل باب دورة المياة على زوجتي وبعد التواصل مع بوكنق افادني الموظف بانه سيتم اصلاح الباب خلال 10 دقائق واسمرت المشكله لمدة ساعتين ونصف وفي كل مره اتواصل مع الموظف يفيدني انه خلال نصف ساعه والمكالمات مسجله في حال العوده اليها سيتضح الذي دار بيني وبينه علماً اني ابنتي كانت في الشقه وهي من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتحتاج الى رعاية خاصه من والدتها ولم اجد اي تجاوب وكان من الموظف كاذب للاسف وهذا تسبب في اضرار نفسيه لزوجتي وابنتي وهذا ماتسبب بانزعاجي واتمنى منكم التجاوب والرد على شكواي وباقرب وقت

  75. Wohnung war mal schön, heute im Zustand verwahrlost!

    Positive: Die Wohnung ist im Grundsatz schön und liegt günstig, wenn man in den Süden Warschaus, besonders nach Wilanow möchte. Die Verkehrsanbindung zum Zentrum per ÖPNV ist aber schwach (nur Busse), geht eigentlich nur per Auto. Das Hauptproblem bei diesem Angebot ist der mangelhafte Zustand der Wohnung gewesen … Negative: Die Liste der Mängel ist leider recht lang. Das Grundproblem besteht darin, dass die gesamte Ausstattung bis hin zu den Installationen (Küche, Bäder, Elektrik) optische und technische Defekte aufweist. Keine Pflege, keine Sorge bei Schäden, achtlose Nutzung, häufiger vermutlich auch durch Gruppen auf Partyreise beschädigt und wohl leider weniger Familien, das war unser Eindruck als Familie mit Kindern. Die ganze Wohnung müffelt beim Eintreten nach Feuchtigkeit, Bier, Dreck … Im Detail: - Wandecken mit Schimmel - Armaturen an Bad und Whirlpool Defekt (keine Steuerung zur Regendusche, kein „Blubber“ z. B.) - Türschlösser von WC und Bad defekt; Wohnungstür im Schloss sehr schwergängig - Türrahmen des Bades vollkommen vergammelt (Wasserschäden), ähnlich die Möbel im WC-Raum - Kühlschranktür ohne Flaschenhalter (rausgebrochen) - Schranktüren in der Küche hängen, LED über der Arbeitsplatte defekt - genau eine defekte Nachttischlampe für 4 Nachtschränke - Steckdosen hängen nur noch lose in der Wand - Küchenausstattung unvollständig (z.B. kein kleiner Topf, wenig Besteck, Spülmaschine mit Wartungshinweisen (kein Salz, kein Klarspüler) - Balkontür schließt nicht (Griff dreht leer) - … Zum Kontakt mit dem Vermieter: Mängel wurden klein geredet, man kündigte uns den Hausmeister für Montag an, zur „Reparatur“; da wir zum Glück nur 3 Tage gebucht hatten (Samstag bis Dienstag), haben wir darauf verzichtet. Die Mängel sind zu schwerwiegend, um das mal eben an einem Tag zu erledigen… Verhandlungen über eine Entschädigung waren extrem zäh, wenig entgegenkommend. Auch die Beschwerde über Booking.com hat letztlich nicht viel genutzt, weil der Verwalter nicht der Eigentümer war und permanent „Rücksprache“ erforderte. Am Ende gab es lächerliche 10% Nachlass als Kompensation; ich hatte erfolglos 1/3 gefordert. Zusammengefasst: Finger weg, besser etwas anderes buchen und auch nicht daran glauben, wenn der Verwalter hier später etwas anderes schreiben sollte…

    Positive: Wspaniałe, przestronne mieszkanie w Miasteczku Wilanów. Można poczuć się 'jak w domu'. Mieszkanie czyste, komfortowe, wyposażone w potrzebne sprzęty. Dostęp do kluczy i do garażu bezproblemowy. Negative: Jedyne na co mogłabym zwrócic uwagę to: brak żarówek w lampkach i nie skonfigurowany TV, przez co nie ma dostępu do kablówki w sypialni ;)
