    It is a nice and calm place to stay with a beautiful bathroom. The only thing I found odd was that they sent a link to a form on a third party site right after booking. They wanted me to agree to pay a fine for smoking, overnighting another person, etc. I chose to ignore the request. Still, everything went fine.

  7. Гарна, приємна, комфортна квартира, де хочеться зупинятися.

    Positive: Чудова квартира в центрі міста, ти і в шумному мегаполісі, і одночасно в тихій вулиці. Все поруч, кафе, магазини, вокзал. Ми зупинилися разом з дорослими дітьми, і всі раділи давно забутому плануванню: окремі кімнати, гарне ліжко з високим матрацом у спальні, велика кухня зі столом, де можна сісти вчотирьох. Є все необідне і трохи більше. Дивилися фільм всі разом вечором на дивані. Я отримала те що хотіла, домашній затишок та простір, щоб кожному було зручно. Діти казали, що виспалися та були на справжніх канікулах. Зручне автономне заселення, і навіть є недалеко кафе де можна випити каву о 8 ранку:) Negative: Не можу сказати, що не сподобалося, але на що звернула увагу. Не знайшли, можливо не побачили мило. У ванній кімнаті був лише один пакунок гостьового готельного мила, на 4 людей, то трохи замало та не зручно. І важко в кухні без рушників, будь якого, та пакетів для мусору, був лише один. Ще я вожу завжди з собою фен, але звернула увагу, що тут його не має.

    Positive: El apartamento no defrauda, es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Eramos tres personas y la que dormía en el sofá estaba muy cómoda porque al tener tele, armario y puerta se sentía como una habitación aparte. La cocina está completamente reformada, con electrodomésticos de alta calidad. La cama es muy cómoda y amplia. El baño estaba impoluto, completamente nuevo y muy cómodo. En cuanto a la ubicación, se puede llegar andando a prácticamente todos los sitios importantes. Tiene varios restaurantes súper cerca (Milk bar, pizzerias, cafeterías...), una cocteleria, un Carrefour market... Sin duda, una estupenda relación calidad-precio. Si volvemos a Varsovia sin duda repetiremos. Negative: Nada, todo perfecto

    I had really high hopes for this apartment. I stayed in Warsaw 2 months ago in the area so I knew the location was going to be great. The Old and New City are all within walking distance. Unfortunately, this host does things about 3/4s of the way. I asked for 2 extra towels. I have long hair so it needs its own towel. The host made me pay for them, off of the airbnb platform(a big non-no with airbnb!!), and it took them 2 extra days to deliver them. They failed to respond to my messages and hung up on airbnb customer service multiple times. Also, if you're going to have a dishwasher (a very rare thing in Europe), please supply the tabs, He gave us one tab for the entire week! When we arrived, I felt like I was coming to a Club Fed prison where I get one towel and one hand towel, The host is just cheap and it's those little extras that help a host stand out. In contrast, our current host has extra towels, blankets, sheets, dishwasher tabs and laundry soap!!

    Great flat for two couples. Air conditioning worked well to cool the space. Spacious place. Able to walk to lots. Was able to find paid street parking in front of the building daily. As we were in and out/on a very tight schedule, we did not contact the hosts regarding the following inconveniences. We were a bit short on the following items (for 4 adult visitors): - towels (3 full towels provided, 1 half-sized towel, 2 hand towels) - sheets/blankets (no extra blankets onsite. Lacking top sheet in the primary bedroom, could use 1-2 more sheets to cover the couch) - hangers (5 hangers) How this listing could be better for a minimal cost: - If a booking has 4 guests: leave 4 full-size towels + 1 extra in the bathroom cabinet. - Please upgrade the artwork from generic stock photos/prints. This makes the place feel inexpensive/cold. - Please provide another set of hangers. - Please provide an extra blanket and sheet in the cabinet.

    Great location, close to plenty of restaurants, wine bars and coffee shops. Flat is used only for Airbnb so feels a bit sterile and the kitchen equipment is the bare minimum. Nice bathroom but be careful with the shower- it’s very easy to get carried away by the rainfall shower and flood the place! More expensive than other options but worth it for the location

Very comfortable bed, fantastic shower, super clean, warm and cozy. Highly recommended, we would love to come back again!

    Brilliant location for experiencing Warsaw. There is a paid parking spot in front of the building. The area is very peaceful (been there on NYE). There is a multitude of restaurants and bars within a short walk distance. The apartment itself was as described. The bed is so comfy I couldn't sleep back at home... There is a large bathroom and kitchen with a dining table. The living room includes a sofa bed and a flat screen TV with netflix. Unfortunately there's no broadband internet and the bandwidth maxed out at 20-40Mbit/s. Perhaps something to consider when you want to work from there and need that extra bandwidth. Nothing to worry about too much though for normal usage. All in all, we've had an amazing time staying there.

    Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft. Noch nie erlebt, dass etwas genau wie auf den Bildern aussieht. Bei Fragen wurde uns manchmal schon innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Selbst, dass man den Freitag noch für das parken zahlen musste (wenige Euro für mehrere Stunden) war okay, denn das Wochenende war sonst freies parken. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und es ist auch alles vorhanden (Restaurant, Supermarkt, Bus und Bahn). Wir waren mehr als zufrieden !
