    Positive: Квартира просторная и хорошо укомплектована! В тихом районе. НО! Читайте ниже и смотрите фото ОПАСНОЙ КВАРТИРЫ и как закрыли на нее отзыв! Фото где есть «оцените своё проживание»- это другая квартира. В опасной квартире - даже нет такой строки! Берегут свой рейтинг, неадекватные мошенники! Negative: BookingHost!!! Самая ужасная управляющая компания! В другой квартире под их управлением, дважды была проблема с электричеством. Второй раз - вообще кошмар - выбило громко предохранители, ребенок испугался и мы сидели без света 9 часов! Сразу написала об этом в чат причем с двух аккаунтов и никто не ответил и не позвонил! пока поздно ночью вернулся муж, нашел человека, который нам помог! В квартире той явно проблемы с проводкой! Когда мы выехали - они насчитали ущерба на 273 злотых и без уточнения со мной и предоставления доказательств сняли деньги с карты!!!! Причем совсем с другой, не с той, что я оплачивала бронь! Подала на них жалобу и напишу в европейскую комиссию споров! ЭТО ВОРОВСТВО! НЕ СВЯЗЫВАЙТЕСЬ С BOOKINGHOST! Пишу отзыв здесь - потому что в той проблемной квартире они закрыли для меня отзывы! ПОНИМАЕТЕ? Как берегут свой рейтинг?!

    Positive: Удобное местоположение. Парковка. Если нет машины, автобусная остановка в 100 метрах. Территория под охраной. Negative: Из 3 суток которые мы провели там, больше суток был непрерывный звук из потолка, как будто кто то сверлит. Одну ночь было невозможно спать. В последний вечер не было горячей воды, а на утро вообще не было никакой воды.

  13. Możesz się zmęczyć dojeżdżając do centrum/możesz wypocząć na uboczu.

    Positive: Ładny i przestronny apartament, wygodne łóżko podwójne, ciepło w apartamencie (okres zimy i lekkiego mrozu), wyposażenie kuchni, wyposażenie apartamentu, cisza, spokój, parking podziemny. Negative: 1. Po odebraniu kluczy okazało się, że nie ma pilota do bramy wjazdowej i garażu. Przepychanki z firmą zarządzającą. Musiałem na własną rękę prosić ochronę o otwieranie bramy wjazdowej, garażu. Akurat było mnóstwo śniegu, zimo, pogoda paskudna. Okazało się, że ktoś zabrał a obsługa nie zareagowała na ten fakt, niepotrzebne nerwy, stres, nie tego oczekiwałem; wszędzie daleko, okolica spokojna ale na totalnym uboczu. 2. Nie działał TV (akurat nie oglądam); 3. Śniadanie podawane przez catering pod drzwi apartamentu-słabe, wiadomo - plastik, okrojone, wydzielone-kiepsko to wygląda. Na zdjęciach wygląda to inaczej i inny opis.

  17. Exceptional inattention

    Positive: No comment Negative: The keys from the property were in the lockbox beside the door of the apartment. BUT to get to the property you need to pass the gate in the fence around all the territory (2 buildings with three entrances each). Winter time, minus temperature, with a kid. NO information about how to get there in the messages. Thanks to the neighbours, who let us in. Next challenge is to get the remove control from the parking garage - it was not in the apartment. We called 4 times regarding the issue to given contacts on the arrival in the evening. Each of contacted persons promised to call back and NEVER did. We had no possibility to park the car for free! Apartment was chosen because of the parking possibility. Stayed for two nights. Next day we called once more - got answered that at 1p.m. remote control will be delivered to the apartment. Guess what we found out in the evening - NO remote control. Unacceptable I suppose.

    Miejsce było zgodne z opisem, czyta ,ciepłe i wygodne. Niestety nie było w pełni przygotowane na ilość którą deklarowałam to jest pościel była ale nie obleczona. śniadania były dobre i zgodne z opisem. poważnym minusem był brak pilota do bramy wjazdowej na teren osiedla i pilota do bramy garażowej. Pomogła życzliwa ochrona i otworzenie garażu że środka. Komunikacja była, ale z dużym opóźnieniem. Wystawiam ocenę dobrą na bardzo dobra trzeba jescze dopracować szybkość komunikacji i przygotowanie pościeli i ręczników tak by nie trzeba było ich szukać po szafkach i samemu oblekać. Mimo tych paru niedogodności miejsce zdecydowanie polecam.

  39. Solo para una noche (y sin desayuno)

    Positive: La localización era buena y el apartamento estaba bien. Contaba con todo lo necesario y era cómodo. Tiene nevera, lavadora, lavavajillas, secador... Negative: El desayuno es una auténtica basura, de muy mal aspecto y peor sabor. Fuimos 3 noches y, pese a que contratamos el desayuno todos los días, uno de ellos no lo mandaron. Hablamos con los dueños, pero no mostraron la más mínima preocupación ni interés por el asunto. El piso estaba limpio LO JUSTO. Había telarañas dentro de la casa, polvo por las esquinas y pelos en las mantas que estaban guardadas. El hervidor de agua daba bastante lástima, había ventanas rotas y, en general, le falta mucho mantenimiento (no todo puede ser beneficios). Hay lavadora, pero no jabón y, pese a que fuimos 3 días dos personas, solo dejaron unas bolsitas de café y algunas de te, totalmente insuficiente para los 3 días y mas teniendo en cuenta que en el desayuno (en teoría de catering) no te daban ni café. Faltan muchísimos detalles y necesitan mejorar mucho la atención.

    Positive: Все заявленые удобства были актуальны. Negative: Не очень понятная инструкция по заселению. Ночью уставшие замученные не могли заехать на территорию, помог местный житель. Когда разобрались уже все виделось в других красках, но если улучшить инструкцию - было бы не плохо.

    Positive: No comment Negative: Z obiektu korzystałem wiele razy, ale tym razem zaliczyłem wtopę, ale to nie wina samego obiektu a obsługi. Apartament od ostantiego czasu jest tylko ze śniadaniem... To śniadanie to szpitalna racja żywnościowa, gdzie jest mało, niedobre i chleb jest odliczany na kromki (2 kromki na osobę na 2 dni) i zawinięty w torebkę foliową zawiązaną na supełek, żenada za kilkadziesiąt złotych od osoby. W sobotę dostałem śniadanie, a w niedzielę już nie dowieziono.... Dla Pana z obsługi Booking piątka, że znalazł inny obiekt, ale zdążyłem w ostatniej chwili tuż przed dwudziestą i tylko to ratuje pomimo niedogodności moją ocenę jako pozytywną dla obiektu bo sam obiekt jest OK, ale przygotowanie na nieoczekiwane niewysprzątanie obiektu i brak informacji wyprzedzającej jest niedopuszczalne

    Apartment is really cozy and bright and has everything that may be needed during the stay - bed and sofa are extremely comfortable. Also, the buliding has a private territory so you feel very safe there. The neighbourhood though not very central but looks quite new with a lot of new restaurants. Would recommend if you are looking for quite and comfortable stay!

  93. Warsaw visit

    Positive: 1) It's a new, big, modern, and comfortable apartment having everything to stay in for a long time. 2) Parking place in the garage 3) Available all necessary equipment 4) Not far from the city center by car 5) Everything was cleaned and no dust was available. 6) Security guard I'd say it's good value for money if you want to stay with comfort. Please just provide better guidelines with pictures to inform about facilities usage. And it'd be great if the security guard could open the yard door to let the car park inside before taking the keys and remote. Negative: 1) It's not easy to get inside by car. You need to park a car somewhere around and walk on foot. First of all, to open the yard door you have to enter a special key symbol before the code, and it's not like the key:) Then you need to do the same with building front door and take property keys from the secure box with its own code. After that, you need to take the garage remote and get back to your car. And the same operations back in order to leave the apartments in the end. 2) All the windows contain a special mechanism on top to allow air from the outside and were opened. So It was a bit cold and it took some time to realize that just increasing the heating level won't help. 3) Cooking plate is only for induction pans and half of the equipment is not suitable.

    Positive: spacious, full of natural light, located in the gated neighborhood, clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed Negative: the windows don’t close easily, they need some maintainance, so do the blinds, one of them cannot be moved. several burned out light bulbs, no laundry detergent for the washing machine, no hand soap - the container was empty, 3 small tubes of shower gel provided for 4 days and 2 guests

Negative: There were two unclear moments, probably something you can add to your instructions: - what should be guest actions when they come by car (stop at the gate, go to the apartment to pick the remote, open gates, find parking spot) - information about breakfast (when and where it'll be waiting for guests)

    Positive: Дуже комфортна та чиста квартира з балконом, є все необхідне для життя. Сніданок - 2 варіанти. Смачно, зручно, вчасно. Якщо залишатися в квартирі на тривалий термін, то ця опція необов'язкова, можна готувати (є все необхідне для цього). Розташування зручне. Поряд - зупинка, до центру можна доїхати за 20 хвилин.
