The apartment is very nice, spacious, well-designed, with large windows in the living room and balcony. It is very centrally located and there's a lot to do around, with good cafes concentrated in places like Browary and Fabryka Norblina. I wish there were more detailed instructions on how to find the designated parking spot, as well as the entrance to the parking itself

I enjoyed the Airbnb's excellent location, but unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by a persistent cigarette odor in the apartment. Cleaning standards fell short; the toilet and kitchen table were notably unclean. Improvement in cleanliness would significantly enhance the stay. Also parking is quite stressful if you try it for the first time (it is two-tier car parking system).

Positive: Excelent location with nice view through big windows. Very safe with safety guard. Very polite and helpfull safety guard, he helped us to find parking place. If you follow instructions from host your check in will be fast and without complication. Negative: No comment

This is my worst Airbnb experience. You get zero service or support. This is a company that has a call centre that you can call and they will accept your issue/request and then do absolutely nothing. I don't want to waste time describing what happened, but in short this is my worst experience in terms of support. Location is great. Apartment is dated and needs refreshing.

When we arrived at the place, the apartment was all dirty and messy. Obviously wasn’t cleaned after the previous stay. We were able to checkin properly at 19:00 after contacting with the host and getting the place cleaned up. We had to cancel all our plans for the night. The bedroom has one entrance and no windows and it was very hot at night. The place definitely needs an AC or a ventilator. Location and the condition of the apartment is good but this doesn’t mean anything if you can’t enjoy it! I don’t recommend the place.

Great location and a clean modern design. The open living area and balcony were great for relaxing in after a long day. The building is fairly quiet and feels nice and hidden away, but you are only a short walk from the city centre and right next door to the food hall. My only criticism is the check in time of 4pm. Every place I have stayed in Warsaw has a check in or around 2pm-3pm which is much more convenient. Seeing as checkout is 11am, I would hope this can improve.

Perfect location, easy to walk by foot to any restaurant or to city center. Two nice locations are very close: Norblin’s Fabric and Warsaw Browary. Cozy interior, very nice that tea and coffee capsules were prepared for us. We had all that we needed for short trip. Easy remote check in and check out. Special thanks that apartment was prepared and we could come earlier.

Positive: Besser kann man nicht finden. Top Location und Top Apartment. Es ist modern ausgestattet und/aber wie zuhause. Blick auf ruhige, grüne Fußgängerzone mit Wolkenkratzer im Hintergrund! Geschmackvoll mit persönlicher Note, bequem, hell und funktional. Loggia wie eine Verlängerung von der Wohnung. Schlafzimmer ideal zum entspannen, bequemes Bett mit Bettdecke wie im Hotel! Wunderschön! Sehr sauber, perfekt organisiert von Schlüssel Übergabe bis zu d. ganze Kommunikation mit der Firma. Parkplatz war sehr vorteilhaft, da diese Gegend sehr gefragt ist. Es gibt hier so viele Restaurants und Cafés ,dass man zum kochen nicht kommen kann. Lebensmittel bis 23 Uhr in Zabka und Carrefour Express gleich um die Ecke. TV, Internet, man kann online beim Schreibtisch arbeiten. Sehr ruhig obwohl im Zentrum. Negative: das ich viel zu kurz war :)

Positive: lokalizacja w miarę dobra, obiekt nie jest na terenie browarów tylko tuż obok Negative: sniadanie przyniesino pod drzwi, bardzo słabe, danie główne owsianka z jogurtem, pieczywa, wędlin czy serów tylko na jedną osobę na 2 dni ( były 3 osoby przez 2 dni) brak informacji co do parkowania samochodu w garażu pod obiektem(dwa stanowiska o tym samym numerze ), miejsce parkingowe na podnoszonej platformie, ale niestety nie przekazano klucza do operowania tym urządzeniem fatalny stan materacy w sypialni, wyleżane i pozarywane na środku ( ból pleców po spaniu)

Positive: Świetna lokalizacja, podziemny garaż, czystość bez zarzutu, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Negative: Mieszkanie odpowiednie dla 2 osób, ponieważ kanapa w salonie była bardzo niewygodna.W cenie apartamentu jest wliczone śniadanie, którego nie dostaliśmy ani razu. Byliśmy od soboty do poniedziałku. W niedzielę po interwencji ok. 10 zaproponowano nam w zamian kolację, która zresztą była bardzo pyszna. Sytuacja powtórzyła się w poniedziałek ale ponieważ musieliśmy opuścić mieszkanie do 11, wyjechaliśmy głodni.

Good location and apartment. Good value for money, good wifi and hosting company is nearby. Check-in is straight forward but long winded with having to visit the hosting companies address to get the keys (about a 10 minute walk). Also no equipment to cook food so forced to eat out or order food.
