Hay un portero en el edificio 24h. Ponen 2 aguas pequeñas y café de máquina o soluble a disposición. Negative: Por decir algo, el baño es gigante y la ducha es muy pequeña, en proporción.

    Positive: Great location in the center of Warsaw! Clear instructions on the eve of settlement. The apartment was easy to find and easy to get into thanks to the digital lock.     Positive: Хорошее расположение, близко к основным достопримечательностям города. Удобная кровать. Очень много шкафчиков. Оборудована мини-кухня, имеются чайник, кофейник, посуда, чай, кофе. Небольшой холодильник, в котором мы нашли в качестве презента небольшую бутылочку шампанского. Negative: Во время дождя помещение затруднительно проветривать, т.к окна находятся на крыше и дождь попадает в приоткрытое окно. Квартира находится на оживленной улице, поэтому вечером может быть шумно. Душ в ванной не держит температуру, может окатить то горячей, то холодной водой. В мини-кухне нет плиты и, соответственно, посуды для приготовления пищи. На пару дней это не критично, а вот на более долгий срок было бы не очень удобно.

    Positive: Sijainti on todella hyvä, lähellä kaikkea. Kadulla on paljon ravintoloita, terasseja,kahviloita. Huone on tilava ja siisti. Tässä isommassa kahden hengen huoneessa on jopa astiat ja lavuaari tiskausta varten. Oikein siisti paikka yöpyä. Toinen kerta oli tässä majoituksessa tänä kesänä. Negative: Kadulta kuuluu meteliä. Ikkunoista näkyy vain taivaalle, ovat sivuttaiset kattoikkunat. Ikkunoita ei saa yöksi pimeiksi, joten valoa tulee huoneeseen. Itse olen asiat ratkaissut korvatulpilla ja unimaskilla. Ohjeista päätellen roskat piti itse viedä ulos. Tiskit myös tiskasin itse lähtiessäni.

    Positive: The bathroom is very large. Easy access to the room with the PIN code, no need to take care of another key. Negative: One-side of the roof is very low. I had hit my head several times when I was trying to get on the bed. It was noisy during the night, because it is beside the street and there are plenty of bars. I had heard risen from police cars for the whole night. Need to throw away garbage by yourself, but I could hardly find out where the recycle room is.

    Positive: Excellent location on a charming avenue, full of nice bars, cafes and restaurants, but still very quiet. Also, a small supermarket right downstairs from where one can buy all their needs for the stay. Very efficient checkin / checkout process, with no need to get contact with people. Reasonably near the old town. A block away from the Metro, from where (together with the great tram system) you can go anywhere. Negative: The shower is a little too small, but is OK. The bathroom as a whole is pretty big.

    Positive: The location was perfect. You can take the bus from the airport and it leaves you almost near the building. You have a lot of places to eat nearby. We walked to almost every place we went and we did like 30 minutes maximum to there. Also you have a metro station nearby, so you can go anywhere in the town. Negative: In my opinion, the door handle was too complicated because you have to enter an 8 digits code that was hard to remember. This was not a problem for us but it you come a little dizzy it can make you problems.

    I came to room around 12am at night and found room is dirty, 2 old dirty bins, dirty towels and bedding, which was left by previous guest and room was not cleaned at at all. I’ve taken the picture and send it to the host to clean it and I had sleep in dirty room for the night. Host responded in the morning someone will come by 13:00 to clean and make the room in order but nobody came so I tried to call the host the number provided but it doesn’t work only way to communicate with host through AirBnB messages and email. I slept one night in dirty room I can’t do it again. So I called AirBnB and they helped me find another accommodation, which is very helpful from AirBnB. Since I have started using AirBnB, I never had such bad experience.

  119. Stanza pulita e posizione ottima, assistenza molto più che pessima

    Positive: La camera era molto pulita e la posizione era ottima sia per andare nella verso la parte più moderna della città che verso il centro storico, inoltre era pieno di locali in cui poter mangiare qualsiasi pasto. Negative: Siamo entrati nella camera a noi assegnata e qualcuno era lì dentro, c'erano infatti valigie e scarpe sul pavimento. Ho chiamato subito l'assistenza che ci ha messo un bel po' per risolvere il problema, in quanto non avevano nessuna persona da mandare sul luogo per poter verificare. Poi ci hanno cambiato stanza per una notte e il giorno successivo saremmo dovuti entrare nella nostra stanza; l'assistenza mi dice che entro le 11 del mattino del giorno seguente mi avrebbero chiamato per mandarmi il codice per rientrare nella nostra stanza originaria ma questo non è successo, chiamo insistentemente per 3 ore senza ricevere una risposta. Dopo 4 ora finalmente ricevo una risposta ma ho dovuto comunque aspettare un altro po' per poter rientrare, tutto ciò con diluvio e valigie.
