    The stay generally was good. The check-in was easy and even though the staff there couldn’t speak much English, they were still helpful and put effort into helping me with check-in and my questions. The booking host’s response time was good during my check-in. However, in the middle of the week and by the end of stay, bookinghost became much less responsive to my messages. Instructions for towels and toilet articles would be good to have as well, as I couldn’t find them.

    Amazing location with a coffee shop and a great bar a few seconds walk from the main door. Perfect! I can heartily recommend the Lviv Croissant restaurants few minutes walk away for breakfast. We loved it! The apartment is small and with only had one velux window but has a good sized bathroom and the location more than makes up for it.

    Positive: No comment Negative: The host publishes false information about the property. My wife stayed there for one night with our baby and ran into a great deal of inconvenience. We chose a property mostly on the basis of two criteria both of which didn't correspond to the real situation. 1. There is no place to leave your suitcase, contrary to what is stated in the hotel's description. It is because the place lacks reception and the only person down at the entrance ius a guard who is not related to the property but to the building is general. 2. There is an elevator, but you have to go up a number of steps to get into it, so no disabled person can use it and it is hard to use it for a person with a baby trolley who comes alone, as it was in the case of my wife. The guard was unwilling to help.

    Positive: Elhelyezés, csend, lift, tisztaság, teakonyha, könnyen kezelhető kód. A bútorok nagyon egyszerűek, letisztult formájúak, jó állapotban. Semmi luxus, de minden volt, ami szükséges. Negative: Az ügyelet elérhetősége este 21.00-ig. Pontatlan, ezért félrevezető megfogalmazások a levelezésben: a kód érvényes az "érkezési napon", pedig az "érkezési naptól" kellett volna. Izgultam, hogy éjfél után érkezem, és a kód már nem lesz érvényes.

    Positive: Całkiem fajny apartament, łatwy dostęp i dosyć komfortowo. Negative: Obsługa nie istnieje. Dopłaciłem do drugiej osoby w pokoju, a na fakturze jest zaniżona kwota. Gospodarz twierdzi, że tak ma być i przesyła fakturę na inną kwotę, niż ta, którą sumarycznie zapłaciłem. Dzwoniłem wczoraj, nikt nie odbiera. Dzisiaj tak samo, jedynie wiadomość na czacie, że tak ma być.

    Great host and location, my only problem was you can only open the window a tiny but , I know this is quite normal in hotels as well etc but in this case it was very warm in the room often and not so good air circulation bc of that (I am one of the people who is sensitive to AC hence tried to avoid it) - this might not be a problem for everyone though, other than that everything was just perfect, also host is very responsive.

    Повністю задоволена вибором цього житла. Ідеальна кімната для 1-2 людей, все так само як на фото. Достатньо простора і комфортна, дуже чистенька. Дуже зручне розташування, все знаходиться поруч і всюди можна легко дістатися транспортом. Напевно єдиний мінус це не дуже хороша звукоізоляція - було чутно шум з вулиці і з сусідніх кімнат, але для мене це не було критично. Дуже рекомендую!

    11/10 Additional praise for the helpful attitude of the host. I became ill at the last minute and could not make the trip on the original date. The host without any problem agreed to reschedule my stay, despite the fact that my arrival was scheduled for Friday and on the same day I caught a cold. I really respect such a professional approach to the customer!

  127. This is the top accomodation at Warsaw. 100% the perfect choice.

    Positive: Apartment 16, October 2022, brand new. One of the best accomodations i ever stayed. Amazing location. Full commodities and welcome gift on the mini-bar. Total comfort and quality. Perfect room temperature. Size of the bed, the room and bathroom. Quality of the main building acess. Security guard. Nice cleaning staff. Easy self check-in. Competent support. Top tradition restaurant in the other side of the street. Choose this place but please dont damage it! I will return for sure and hope people respect the amazing work they did it there. Negative: I wanted to live there.

    Positive: The location of this place is unbeatable, it's the main street in the old town and you can reach everything on foot. The room was pretty spacious. There is an elevator in the building. Negative: First of all, it's not a hotel, it's more like a small apartment rent, so don't call yourself 'a hotel'. I didn't like the stains on the sheets, I hope the linen was washed but still... Also, a lot of surfaces like wardrobes (there is plenty of them in the room), headboard, and shelves were dusty, which again is questioning the cleaning of the room. Only one blanket for two people and no lighter option such as an extra sheet or something is also a minus. And we were trying to call on the given in message number to check some details about checkout on Sunday after 10 am but it was said that the line is still not working, nevertheless, it was claimed to work from Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm.

    Positive: Great location! In the very center of Warsaw with all the bars, restaurants and stores. Room was really nice with nice TV, air conditioning, bathroom. Nice view. Negative: It's really hot inside the building no matter the weather outside. Apartment is o n the 4th floor and wether you use the stairs or even elevator by the time you reach your room you can almost faint cause it's so hot!

    Positive: Świetna lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko i bardzo cicho jak na tą część miasta. Komfort akustyczny zaskoczył mnie bardzo pozytywnie. Apartament jest świetny na krótkie pobyty, ma wszystko czego potrzeba na kilka dni w Warszawie. Negative: Jeśli udałoby się zmienić materiał w rolecie z jasnego, który jest aktualnie użyty, na ciemny/czarny w oknie połaciowym, to pozwoliłoby lepiej zaciemnić pokój.
