Appartement impeccable comme neuf, très propre, tout est bien pensé pour nous faire passer un agréable séjour. Seul petit bémol, une place de parking nous était réservé mais on n'a pas pu y accéder car la télécommande était introuvable, mais cela n'a gené en rien car comme c'était le week-end les parkings étaient gratuits. Appartement à recommander vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. L’appartamento è davvero molto pulito e ordinato: ci sembrava di essere in un appartamento nuovo di zecca. Si trova in un complesso residenziale altrettanto nuovo e pulito. È situato in una zona tranquilla e poco distante dal centro, a 2 minuti a piedi è presente il tram che in circa 10 minuti porta nel pieno centro della città. L’unico neo è stata la difficoltà a trovare l’ingresso e accedere all’interno del complesso, alla porta vi è comunque un portiere disponibile. Comunque posso sicuramente che consigliare questo posto per un ottimo soggiorno a Varsavia!

Positive: Wszystko było ok , lokalizacja super. Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne . Negative: Troszkę ciężko było dostać się do środka, wejście jest od tylnej strony budynku - nie wiedzieliśmy. Mieliśmy problem z wejściem do samego budynku . Klawisze na domofonie były zamazane a sam kod nie wysyarczyl ( potrzebna była kombinacja ). Fajnie by było też zamienić informacje, że klucz do garażu jest zostawiony w mieszkaniu .

Amazing experience. Place was spotlessly cleaned, had all the amenities needed. New, cozy, warm, apartments. Friendly and responsive host :) Everything was reachable by foot, great location,peaceful and quiet. 10/10 would stay again.

The apartment is very clean and neat, location is great! Everything seems new and not so used. Apartment is big enough (even for 3 people I guess) and it is heated enough to be warm inside. However, I wish it had more kitchen appliances (for instance cutting board or plate for fruits). + communication via Airbnb portal could be improved :) All in all, great stay in modern building in the center of Warsaw

Positive: Tyylikäs huoneisto lähellä keskustaa. Oma parkkiruutu varattuna talon parkkihallissa. Negative: Vähän säätämistä oli löytää sisäänpääsyovi ja oikea hissiaula. Sisäänkäynti ei ole Ogrodowan puolella vaan supermarketin vieressä risteävän kadun puolella. Pramea aula vähän hämää. Autotalliin pääsee kaukosäätimellä, kun ensin seikkailee itsensä ylös huoneistoon ja hakee kaukosäätimen. Hostin ohjeet olivat toimivat, mutta hieman yksityiskohtaisemmatkin olisivat kelvanneet 😊.

very inflexible. requested a late check-out (with payment of course), but was told that the apartment was already needed for the next guests. showed up free on airbnb. so, we had to check out and booked another place for the day. place itself is very nice, host ... well... not very accomodating. will not book with them again

Perfect place with awesome interior🤩 The apartment is bright and clean. Very good location. There is a lot of shopping malls, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. I’m glad that stayed here, and will be happy to rent it next time again!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber top, die Lage ist zentral, man kann überall zu Fuß hin. Es gab keine Probleme beim Check in genauso wie beim Checkout. Wir hatten ein perfekten Parkplatz. Bus und Bahn sind auch nicht weit entfernt, die Lage ist ruhig. Metro war auch nicht weit weg.

I stayed in this apartment for four nights. Unfortunately, it was an unpleasant experience overall. After making a reservation, the host sent me a contract to sign online that contained various fines for breaking the rules. In addition, it mentioned allowing them to charge my credit card automatically if they decided I violated the rules. I contacted the host about it, and they said that charging the credit card automatically in case of violations does not apply to Airbnb guests, and I could sign it, but I don't need to. As agreed upon with the host, I arrived to check in at about 10 PM. When I found the correct building, I noticed that the host didn't give me the apartment number, the access code to the building door, or the underground parking details. The security guard let me in after I knocked on the entrance door. It was a big building, and I didn't know which floor the apartment was on or the exact number. The security guard kept going on about how I was definitely scammed since I didn't know the details. Since it was already 10 PM, the host didn't pick up the phone, and all I heard was an answering machine. So I contacted Airbnb support, and after talking with them for about 20 minutes, they gave me the apartment number, the number of the floor it was on, and the parking details. Fortunately, I knew the code to the locker next to the apartment door that contained the keys, so I could get in and avoid looking for a hotel during the night. Nobody gave me the wifi password until the evening before my departure, even though I asked the host about it the day after the check-in. Therefore, I didn't get to use it as I had hoped. Also, the apartment had only one toilet paper roll. When I asked the host about it, they told me to buy more myself. That would be understandable for more extended stays, but supplying one toilet paper roll for two people for four nights felt cheap. It was my tenth time making a reservation on Airbnb, and no host so far told me to buy toilet paper on my own for such a short stay. I had some great experiences with Airbnb in the past, but this was most definitely the worst one. Can't recommend it.
