Our stay at this apartment was incredibly disappointing. Despite booking for 7 people with 4 beds, upon arrival on my birthday night, we discovered there were only 3 double beds, leaving one of us without a bed. Furthermore, the apartment did not match the photos and descriptions provided on Airbnb. The frames and pictures were oddly placed and not as depicted, which added to our confusion. When we contacted the host, they were unhelpful and offered no satisfactory solution other than canceling our reservation. We gave other suggestions, but the lack of responsiveness and poor customer service from the apartment management company were frustrating. We were forced to contact Airbnb for assistance. Besides, the company's unresponsiveness after hours is concerning and leaves guests without any support if issues arise late at night. Our experience consists misleading listing, inadequate accommodation, and lack of proper communication and service from the host.

Positive: Basically, when we arrived into the airport, they texted us that they couldn’t take us in the apartment, because of some issues. We were waiting in the airport for 2 hours, and then they got us a new apartment which was good, location nice. Not very comfortable as our first apartment, behind sofa there was used bottle. We were a group of 5 planning to stay at the appartement ultimo december 2023, but ended up staying somewhere else and therefore never showed up at this place. The reason is that we reacted on a former review stating, that the appartement has bedbugs. This review was written 2 weeks prior to our arrival. I contacted the host through messages on airbnb but also via mail, but did not receive a single response. I asked for situation and requested proof of the work that the host has done in the appartement to solve the issue with bedbugs. Nevertheless it is not possible to get totally rid of bed bugs in only a couple of weeks. I then tried calling the host over the phone to demand a refund or an alteration of the booking perhaps a relocation. They told me that they would call back, but they didn't. I tried calling afterwards with no luck. The way this situation was handled by the host is highly critical and in no way satisfactory.

There are bed bugs in the apartment! We booked the apartment for 2 nights, after spending one night in the apartment, we found bed bugs crawling on the pillow, floor and the bed. We gave a call to the host right away, at first they answered promptly and I told them about the situation and sent them an email with the pictures and the video we made. They said they will call back within 1/2 hour to 1 hour. They never called us back. I tried calling after 1/2 hour, but never picked up. I sent them another email saying we are waiting for a response but no reply! We continued calling multiple times but no reply or callback from them. It has been extremely inconvenient, it has been 3 days and we are still waiting for a proper response. The host keeps on delaying processing refund. Even though I sent them an email immediately with the evidence, they started ghosting us. Now they are looking for excuses not to refund Remember, we came from another city and now were stranded. DON’T BOOK!

I definitely recommend It's however important to note that it is super noisy outside (central Avenue so a lot of traffic). We can hear everything even if the windows are closed.

Znakomita lokalizacja, piękne mieszkanie ale ma kilka minusów. Urwana klapa od toalety, brak pościeli, zżółknięty materac w sypialni czy brak dodatkowego łóżka, które było na zdjęciach. Mimo to pobyt uważam za udany, mieszkanie jest przestronne, wpada do niego wiele światła, przez lokalizację widoki z okna są zachwycające. Niektórym może przeszkadzać hałas głównej ulicy, lecz dla mnie nie był to problem. Finalnie nie otrzymałam śniadania, ale może być to wina weekendowego pobytu (wraz z poniedziałkowym porankiem). Sklepy w niedalekiej odległości oraz przystanki komunikacji tuz pod oknem są świetnym udogodnieniem.

We reserved the the apart breakfast included but we havent received any breakfast. When i inform them on booking.com, the responsible person replied 6-7 hours later and wrote ' The catering company brought your breakfast to the entrence door of the apartment, maybe another person took it' ! We saw hair on the bad and pillows. There wasnt enough shampoo and soap.

It was on a pretty busy street and if you opened any of the windows it got really loud and there isn’t AC so it gets hot at night with the windows closed. But other than that this place was great!!

Positive: Location is cool. However, you have to walk up to 10 minutes to metro station. Negative: 1. Elevator day to day could be off because of the repairings. 2. There were almost nothing except of furnish to live inside. They are stingy to leave more than one soap, one dishwater capsule, no powder for a washing machine, no towels to a kitchen and so on. Please pay an attention on that if you are booking for more than 2 nights. Because you will need to buy all of that by yourself. And there aren’t small sets in shops. You will waste money by throwing extra away. 3. We booked at the evening to next day and there was not breakfast. It’s as advertised. So, fine. However, after several days of booking they did not deliver us a breakfast for the weekend. I asked about that. But the host just ignored. 4. I wrote a message to Booking customer service. But seems that it was removed and I do not see it now. Booking is not the same as it was. Make sure you trust your renters. Otherwise all issues you will resolve by yourselves and no one will compensate if a renter will fool you! 5. There are too loud! because the windows are looking to the Main Street. Once again, TOO loud! Consider this. 6. Apartments are not fresh. Expect issues with something. 7. Broken window in a living room. Leaky bathroom faucet. Slightly swollen kitchen table. Host will ask to sign the contract. Do it before checking the apartment on your own risk
