    Niewątpliwym atutem lokalu jest jego lokalizacja, nie można się jednak oprzec wrażeniu, że jest on niedoinwestowany. Taras jest w opłakanym stanie, podłoga sprzątnięta była niedokładnie (okruchy i resztki chrupek leżały koło stołu w kuchni). Lekkim zawodem było również to, że i owszem ekspres kapsułkowy był, ale kapsułek już nie. Wszystko to składa się na obraz lokalu prowadzonego minimalnym kosztem.

    the location of the apartment is amazing - walkable distance to restaurants, parks, public transportation. The apartment itself has a nice layout, it is spacious and bright, but needs some maintenance. you can find cracked and dented walls, wear and tear on furniture, detached bathroom fixtures, but the patio is in the worst shape. it was broken tiles detaching from the floor and walls, weeds growing behind the tiles and on the walls, pillows for the furniture without cases (it was bare foam that couldn't be used), and the patio was dirty. It is a shame, because this patio has a great potential and could be a beautiful place to spend time. The hosting company was responsive, but didn't do much about the issues I raised like the super dirty air condition filter that I had to clean on my own, or rusty, leaking water pot. Overall, for this price I was expecting a more maintained place to spend my time in Warsaw

    This place could be a blast but needs some maintenance and major cleaning. Terrace was not cleaned for, I'd say, months. There were no pillows for the furniture and overall state of the terrace is quite pathetic. Our request to provide pillows was ignored. Douche was completely broken, though it was pretty quickly fixed by the Host. However, I don't really understand why it was left in its state for us. It was pretty obvious that douche was not usable and it would be great if it would be fixed proactively. One of the "double" beds was 1.40m width, so you need to be pretty slim to fit in :) There was a bunch of other smaller issues in the apartment which were visible during 2,5 weeks stay. If we would stay there for a couple of days, it would be kind of ok. However, overall feeling from the stay is still pretty positive. Great location if you like fresh air, peaceful environment and nice walks in the neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

  23. Location:- If you are coming to visit Warsaw as a tourist for 3-4 days, then I wouldn't recommend...

    Location:- If you are coming to visit Warsaw as a tourist for 3-4 days, then I wouldn't recommend this place as this is quite far off from the Old Town and sight seeings( approx. 1 hour by Public Transport). It is a residential area which is quite peaceful and good community. The address that was provided was very much inaccurate and we had real difficulty finding it via maps. Request you to improve upon the same. It is 10 mins walk to catch the Public transport to city center/Old town. Also, we were six people but were only provided 4 towels and toiletries were also not provided. When we requested Booking Host to provide us the same, they agreed to provide but we never received them which left us quite frustrated. We found it to be on costlier side compared to the Airbnb we had at Krakow. Good thing is that it had AC which was relief during the summer time.

    Positive: Taras i możliwość spędzenia tam wieczoru Negative: Taras jest w opłakanym stanie. Płytki odpadają do okoła. Dramat. Wypoczynek na tarasie nie nadaje się do niego. Nie ma poduch więc nie da się na nim usiąść. I ostatnie najgorsze. Dostaliśmy informację o 15.30 że mieszkanie nie będzie posprzątane na czas. Dojechalisy po 500 km na 16.00. W środku syf po poprzednich lokatorach. Próba kontaktu z firmą od zarządzania obiektu beż skuteczna. Finalnie o 19.30 pojawiła się Pani na Sprzątanie. Nie mogliśmy do tej pory nic zrobić. Łóżka po innych ludziach. Brudne łazienki. W kuchni brudne patelnie, wszędzie torby po McDonalds. Na podłodze spalone papierosy. TRAGEDIA.

    Positive: No comment Negative: czystość mieszkania wiele pozostawia do życzenia. Nie są to standardy do przyjęcia. Resztki jedzenia pod łóżkiem. Śmieci w szafkach nocnych, mieszkanie było zasypane sierścią po poprzednim lokatorze. Wszystko umyte mokra śmierdząca ścierka. Od okapu bo lustra. Podwójnie jestem zawiedziona z uwagi na liczne prośby na zwrócenie szczególnej uwagi na czystość jeszcze przed wynajmem. Rozpoczęcie pobytu od gruntownego sprzątania. Mam nadzieje ze Pani dbająca o czystość ,,apartamentu” doceni nowy zakupiony mop do mycia oraz opróżniony worek na odkurzacz.
