  11. ¡NO LO RESERVEN!

    Positive: Absolutamente nada Negative: Reservamos para tres personas y no había una tercera toalla ni edredón para el sofá cama a menos cinco grados de temperatura. El apartamento estaba sucísimo con restos de comida en el suelo, manchas en las cortinas, almohadas amarillas del sudor, muchas pelusas debajo de la cama y goterones en el suelo. Llamamos el primer día durante más de una hora. A la primera llamada nos colgaron diciendo que no nos escuchaban. Y a partir de ahí no volvieron a coger el teléfono. El segundo día nos llamaron para disculparse y diciendo que lo iban a arreglar pero fue mentira. Nunca limpiaron ni trajeron la toalla ni el edredón. Uno de nosotras tuvo que dormir con los chaquetones por edredón. Booking nos aseguró que el segundo día iban a solucionarlo y nos ofrecieron 25 euros de compensación. El segundo día no solucionaron nada y no nos compensaron con lo prometido. Se entra de forma independiente por lo que no hay nadie ni ningún sitio al que ir para quejarse. NO LO RESERVEN. NO TIENEN VERGÜENZA.

  15. Zadbany apartament, ale bardzo głośno

    Positive: Apartament bardzo ładny, zadbany, super czysto, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona: sztućce, szklanki, garnki, itp. Negative: Bardzo głośno i nie chodzi tylko o hałas z ulicy, w końcu to centrum Warszawy. W apartamencie byłam na 3 noce i każdej nocy jacyś sąsiedzi słuchali mega głośno azjatyckiego radia lub TV, przez prawie całą noc. Nie dało się spać. Polecam kupić zatyczki do uszu.

  17. Я би не зняла ці апартаменти ще раз, тільки через шум з вулиці

    Positive: Гарне розташування. В квартирі є все необхідне , чисто, чиста біла постіль та рушники . Гарний новий ремонт . Negative: Вікна виходять на дорогу . Дуже шумно. Всю ніч їздять машини швидкої допомоги з сигналом. Погані вікна , дуже чутно кожен звук. Спати було неможливо, для людини яка чутко спить . Сніданки маленькі , без вибору , не для чоловіка . Дитина теж не їла б такий сніданок . Скоріше, як перекус . З чотирьох днів два дні був йогурт і круасан, а два дні нарізка (пару шматочків ковбаси та сиру , хліб , джем , масло) .

  33. The apartment can be great with a low cost.

    Positive: The location it was really good Negative: It wasn’t suitable for 4 persons, there was a double bed and one sofa bed, while we are four! it wasn’t clean, the bath towels were not clean unfortunately! there wasn’t anything like kitchen towel or tissue in the kitchen, there wasn’t washing machine, coffee maker and bread toaster. There was strange insects in the bathroom. The noise of the street was awful.

    Positive: Väldisponerad lägenhet Negative: Portabla AC i respektive rum med fruktansvärt hög ljudvolym. Pga värmen i lägenheten (inte särskilt varm utomhustemperatur)var det behov av luftkonditioneringen nattetid. Fönster gick ej att ha öppna pga gatulivet (trafik och musik från uteställen). Otryggt att det upprepat ringde på både porttelefonen och knackade på dörren på kväll och natt. Undermålig frukost. Dessutom erbjöds inget vegetariskt alternativ vilket är väldigt lätt ordnat just med frukost.

    Positive: Pokoje ładnie urządzone, minimalistyczne. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Negative: Obiecane przy rezerwacji śniadanie nie dotarło, rano ok. 6:00 było dostarczone w ilości JEDNEJ SZTUKI( dla 4 osób ) I ZESTAW RÓWNIEŻ NIE TEN KTÓRY ZAMAWIAŁAM, po zgłoszeniu problemu o 8:00 obiecano że zostanie dostarczone za ok. 1,5 godziny, o godzinę 9:30 nadal nie było śniadania, po ponownym kontakcie telefonicznym poinformowano, że w takim razie dostanę zwrot za śniadanie. Niby sprawa załatwiona wstępnie(zwrotu jeszcze nie mam) , ale po co było trzymanie nas na głodzie, można było od razu tak poinformować. Co do czystości łazienki to należałoby porządnie wyszorować prysznic fugi zapleśnione, pleśń w rogach. Krzesło w pokoju brudne, platform-lampa również potrzebuje wody i płynu..... aż nie miło, Potrzeba dobrej ręki, aby doczyścić, naprawić drzwi pod prysznicem, wynajem ns szybcika. Nie polecam

  67. Left stranded in Warsaw due to apartment not made ready for us.

    Positive: There was nothing to like about it as we didn't even get to stay in the apartment we booked. Negative: We didn't like the check-in process, we didn't like the look of it from outside, we didn't like the fact that the apartment was not cleaned for us, we didn't like the fact the number provided for emergencies didn't work, we didn't like the fact that the person dealing with our issue contacted us late. Overall experience was really bad.

I think that the look of the building from the outside is not at all important in the review of the apartment and is not in our power to change the look of the building.     Positive: Ótimo apto, novo, espaçoso, com todos os ítens necessários. Localização central em Varsóvia. Deu pra ir a pé em quase todas atrações. Negative: Muito barulho, pq fica de frente para a Avenida. E o ar condicionado é de chão, muito barulhento tbm. Banheiro não tinha lugar pra por as coisas e o chuveiro era difícil de regular. Atendimento só por telefone ou por msg, das 10 às 20 h, acho. Não houve limpeza nem retirada de lixo. Pra estadia curta, tudo bem. Apto difícil de encontrar. Chegamos de noite e ficamos dando voltas. O sofá cama não é confortável.

    Positive: Es ist eine sehr modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Warschau. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr und auch der Bahnhof sind schnell erreichbar, die Altstadt haben wir zu Fuß erkundet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie direkt vor der Tür. Negative: Die Hauptstraße war für uns ein bisschen zu laut.

    Positive: todo estaba muy bien, equipado y la localización estaba perfecta, además de la buena comunicación con la estación de tren ya que está a tan solo unos minutos Negative: La recogida de las llaves fue un show, ya que no estaba bien indicado como entrar y como encontrar el apartamento, ya que había que marcar el número de apartamento seguidamente el dibujo de llave y después el código todo esto seguido. Venía incluida la limpieza y nadie apareció a limpiar o a reponer el papel higiénico ya que se quedo escaso.

    Positive: Układ mieszkania, wygodne łóżko w sypialni, klimatyzacja, oświetlenie. Negative: Brak wytycznych dot. dotarcia do budynku - trzeba było się naszukać. Brak wskazanego w ofercie ekspresu do kawy. Pościel dla 3ej osoby była nieubrana. Śniadanie było na 2 dni na raz - o tym też informacji nie było. Warto wskazać, że w budynku jest winda. Brak informacji powitalnych na miejscu w apartamencie. Pilot do TV ledwo działał, dostępne tylko podstawowe programy.

  87. Modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage.

    Positive: Sehr zentral am Bahnhof gelegen. Modern ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönen Bad. Negative: Klassische Kaffeemaschine fehlt leider. Die Bettwäsche hatte Verfärbungen. Die Wohnung war am Anfang schwer zu finden. Eine kleine Karte und ein Tipp für den Zahlencode wären nicht schlecht. Man muss die ersten Zahlen sehr schnell eingeben.

    Positive: Bliska lokalizacja, wyposażenie kuchni. Negative: Grzyb w kabinie prysznicowej przy brodziku (czarne silikony) Czystość podłóg i listew przypodłogowych, szczególnie przy toaletce. Nieprzyjemny zapach po wejściu do budynku,Tv rozładowane baterie w pilocie, które musiałem zakupić, a po wymianie i tak działał jak mu się chciało. Tv całkowicie poprzestawiane, jakość kanałów tv bardzo kiepska, a po ustawieniu raptem kilka kanałów, których w dodatku prawie nie dało się oglądać.. Okropny hałas z zewnątrz, ale w tym przypadku coś za coś. Po dwie skibeczki do śniadania dla faceta i dorastającego chlopaka to też kiepsko, ale ogólnie śniadanie ok.

    Positive: Location is super, in the New center. 10min by walk to railway station and shopping mall. A huge amount of good restaurants and cafes, shops near the apartments. There is an elevator in the building. Kitchen is nicely equiped. Regarding breakfasts - it is average. It waits for you every morning near the door. We were couple days there and every day it was different. Negative: I recommend for owners to use window sealing tape, because the wind blows from the window a little bit. Also windows face a busy street, so there is a noise.

    Positive: Розташування квартири та її наповнення- все досить добре. Negative: - в квартирі зверху постійно щось гупало, інколи була досить сильна музика вже навіть після 11 так як і в цілому певний шум звідти - вікна дуже тонкі - просто одинарний склопакет, який дуже погано затрисує шум від вулиці , а вікна квартири виходять на трамвайні колії, шо спричиняє досить гучний шум

    Positive: Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto w mieszkaniu i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Negative: Brak pościeli dla trzech osób, jedna duża kołdra na podwójnym łóżku i jedna kołdra do ubrania schowana do szafy. Brak prześcieradła na sofę w salonie. Słabe śniadanie.

  109. Central - and hard to access

    Positive: I received a SMS before I arrived with information how to find the key and wifi psw. Negative: To get into the appartment, you have to access a gate from the street level, then get into the backyard and access a door to the app.building. This gate and this door is accessable via entering a code on a digital key-panel. I was not given the correct instructions how to enter the code for this two doors, ending up spending an hour outside in 8 degrees with all my lougage. When calling the service number in the information I got, that office closed at 8PM, 35 minutes before I arrived! During the whole hour I was outside I tried several combination of the app number and access code. Even got another resident helping me. The error was that I was informed that I needed to enter a "0" befor the appartment number on the panel. Thank you for not beeing spesific with that crutial part of information in advanced. The kitchen floor was sticky of somekind. Not shure what it was, but sticky. The other little thing was that the remote control for the TV was not working. Needed new batteries. And that I only got one towel in the bathroom. I called out to the Jerozolimskie service and they fixed this by the day after.

  117. spacious and great location but dirty apartment

    Positive: good location, nice and spacious Negative: Stayed here for 3 nights with my 3 children. Size of apartment is adequate although sofa bed could be better designed, I do not think it is suitable for 2 adults. First impressions good size, well equipped, good location. Sofa bed was not made up, we had to put the sheets on duvet and pillows. Such a shame the cleanliness is letting the whole apartment down. Our feet were filthy, the floor has obviously not had a proper clean. The bathroom requires an immediate deep clean. There was pink mould all over the shower walls. The glass shower screen was black at the bottom and it leaked so there would be a puddle by the toilet. The toilet was not clean and also had pink mould and dark mark stains. The bathroom had silverfish bugs. The shower head needs to be cleaned. Kitchen was well equipped and looked clean but there was no cleaning equipment available. Would have been nice to have some antibacterial spray to wipe surfaces because the rest of the apartment was not clean so I didn’t trust the kitchen. Only one dishwasher tablet was left. Small amount of salt and pepper left and 3 tea bags and 3 sachets of coffee. Not what I expected, an apartment like this should have a bigger selection of basic kitchen items and a selection of cleaning items. No kitchen towels or paper towels left. Breakfast was left every morning outside the door. This was nice but was unable to chose what to have, I have allergies so the food for myself was not appropriate. Air conditioner units work very well for a very warm apartment but very noisy so can’t sleep with them on. Wasn’t aware that the plastic boxes would over flow and flood the floor meaning the towels we needed to shower would have to be used. Not nearly enough towels for 3 days and no house keeping service unless booked which I’m sure would require a fee.

    Positive: Erinomainen sijainti, siisti remontoitu asunto turvallisella paikalla. Henkilökunta vastasi viesteihin nopeasti. Negative: Huonot opasteet huoneistolle, wc-paperia liian vähän. Myös aamupala tuli ovelle ennen klo 04 yöllä, jos emme olisi tulleet myöhään asunnolle olisivat ruuat olleet pilaantuneita aamulla. Neljälle henkilölle vain kaksi peittoa. Kova sänky.

    Positive: No comment Negative: Apartament był niezbyt dobrze posprzątany, pod prysznicem grzyb. Śmierdziało papierosami mimo że był zakaz palenia. Brak ekspresu. Na trzy osoby dorosłe otrzymaliśmy dwa ręczniki kąpielowe, jedna tabletka do zmywarki o braku ręczników papierowych i papieru toaletowego nie wspomnę. Średnio smaczne śniadania , wędlina i ser pływały w pomidorach i ogórkach. Mało urozmaicone śniadania , tylko dwa rodzaje co przy dłuższym pobycie jest zbyt monotonne. Apartament aspiruje do luksusowego niestety warunki tam panujące takie nie są. Na plus dobre wyposażenie kuchnia szkoda tylko że w szafce brudne naczynia.

Generalnie adres Jerozolimskie 42 pokazuje od przodu ulicy , gdzie znajduje się lokal Spinks , natomiast żeby się dostać do app , zajęło nam to jakieś dobre 10 latania, i koniec końców okazało się to , ze wejście jest od zaplecza czyli drugiej ulicy przez bramę , która wyglada jak parking prywatny . pOwinno być to opisane od której strony jest wejście a nie tylko ze klucz do bramy . Negative: Brak kontaktu z Booking po wielokrotnych telefonach . Brak kontaktu i odpowiedzi od gospodarza na telefon i wiadomsc w sprawie która była istotna dla mnie , a mianowicie mialem video konferencje oraz spotkania . brak WIFI działającego , Pół dnia nie było wogole wody cieplej ( żadnego info o tym ), TV ledwie co widać na ekranie jak by miał z 4 piksele , zwarcie w gniazdku do łazienki ( brak oświetlenia ), po czym pod koniec dnia ktoś dzwoni do mnie żebym jakiś raport zrobil z tego bo dostali zgłoszenie ( nie odemnie ) Generalnie zmuszony byłem do oposzczenia lokalu po pierwszym dniu z dzieckiem . App ładny i przestrony ale jeżeli chodzi o zadbanie o sprawdzenie tego i kontakt dno .

  145. Great clean spacious flat in the heart of Warsaw with excellent service and great breakfast!

    Positive: Very clean flat. Our family felt very comfortable staying here. The location is excellent. We had a lovely breakfast brought to us every day. And there is a lovely chain coffee shop and Bedronka shop right under the house. It's right in the centre of Warsaw - 5 minutes to the Central Station and the Temple of Science, shopping centres, attractions - all literally close by. Negative: We saw a coffee machine in the picture, but it wasn't there. But there was a lovely coffee shop on the ground floor. The home internet did not work, but we successfully used the local eSIM card for all our devices. We didn't all have enough bath towels yet, but that wasn't too bad. We were only there for three nights and I think we just didn't have time to fix it all quickly.

    Positive: Todella moderni ja valoisa huoneisto. Siisti, mukava sänky ja sohva. Sijainti todella hyvä, alakerrassa pieni ruokakauppa, baarit, ravintolat lähellä. Metroasema vieressä. Aamupala riittoisa. Negative: Meillä oli neljän hengen porukka mutta kylpypyyhkeitä oli vain kaksi. Vessapaperia oli liian vähän niin isolle porukalle. Lähetin henkilökunnalle viestin aamulla ja pyysin lisää pyyhkeitä ja vessapaperia mutta ei tullut vastausta. Kun soitin iltapäivällä, sanottiin että ei kerkee enää kukaan tuomaan. Oli jätetty vain 4 pientä 2in1 pikakahvia. Ei maitoa. Luulisi että aamupalaan kuuluu myös kahvit. Onneksi kahvilat lähellä.

  159. Warschau ist immer eine Reise wert.

    Positive: Die Lage ist sensationell. Große Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe kontaktlos und sehr kundenfreundlich. Sehr bequemes Bett. Negative: Wenn man in der Beschreibung eine Kaffeemaschine erwähnt, die auch auf einem Foto zu sehen ist, dann sollte da auch eine stehen! Schade. Vom Frühstück sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten. Abgepackte Ware von einem Food Anbieter. Und weil Samstag der erste Aufenthaltstag war haben wir Sonntag kein Frühstück bekommen ( Sonntag wird nicht ausgeliefert). Die Kontaktperson hatte kein Verständnis für unseres Anliegen.

    Positive: Gute Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt, es war ein Aufzug vorhanden, das Frühstück wurde an die Wohnung geliefert und war gut. Die Wohnung war modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Negative: Die Wohnung liegt an einer 6-spurigen Straße und es ist dadurch bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut (selbst im 5. Stock)

    Positive: È in una posizione centrale e l’appartamento è arredato bene Negative: All’arrivo abbiamo trovato la vasca del pinguino-condizionatore piena di acqua che abbiamo dovuto svuotare da soli. Nella dispensa c’era un cartone di pizza vuoto e delle bottiglie di birra vuote. La colazione è inesistente, solo l’ultimo giorno l’abbiamo ricevuta. Ci hanno staccato l’acqua dieci minuti prima che terminasse l’orario consentito per il check-in. Poco ospitali.

    Positive: Dobry pomysl z dostawą śniadania pod drzwi apartamentu. Śniadanie Ok aczkolwiek nie " ser,jajko i wedlina", jak w opisie ale i tak jest to wielkie udogodnienie. Mieszkanie czyste, po chyba niedawnym remoncie, a więc jecze nie zniszczone przez lokatorów. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Negative: Niestety, w czasie upałów mieszkanie bardzo się nagrzewa a klimatyzatory są mało wydajne i hałaśliwe.Opcojnalnie można próbować otworzyć okna ale hałas dobiegający z ulicy jest naprawdę intensywny.

    Positive: Apartament pięknie urządzony. Pomyślano o wszystkim (deska do prasowania, żelazko, zmywarka, suszarka do ubrań, toster...klimatyzacja w każdym z pokoi). Pobyt minął nam przyjemnie, mimo hałaśliwej ulicy sen był przyjemny dzięki wygodnym lozku/kanapie i klimatyzacji. Apartament blisko wszystkiego. Pracownicy na infolini pomocni i szybko rozwiązują zaistniałe problemy 😊 Negative: Pierwszego poranka nie otrzymaliśmy śniadania (zawiniła firma kateringowa) - sprawę szybko i sprawnie rozwiązaliśmy z personelem i otrzymaliśmy zwrot środków za śniadanie, które musieliśmy zjeść na mieście.

  181. Schönes Apartment mit Service-Verbesserungspotential, aber dennoch gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

    Positive: Das Apartment war hell und freundlich, nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es lag direkt an einer Hauptstraße, so dass der öffentliche Nahverkehr gut erreicht werden konnte. Negative: Es war nicht leicht, bei Anreise überhaupt erst einmal in den abgezäunten Apartmentkomplex zu kommen, um den Schlüssel in der Box zu empfangen. Mit Schlüssel und Transponder ging danach aber alles problemlos. Eine Einweisung in die FeWo (Küchengeräte etc.) fehlte leider gänzlich. Das Apartment war sehr warm trotz 2 zusätzlich aufgestellter Klimageräte. Da es an der Hauptstraße liegt, war es zudem so laut, dass man alternativ nachts nicht die Fenster öffnen konnte. Es hätte zudem etwas sauberer sein können. Alle Schränke, Flächen etc. wiesen unzählige Fingerschmierspuren auf. Das Frühstück in einer Papiertüte (bestehend aus einer kleinen Flasche Apfelsaft, 3 Scheiben Brot pro Person, Marmelade, Butter, Aufschnitt, Käse, gekochten Eiern, Tomaten und Gurken) morgens ab ca. 6:30 Uhr vor der Apartmenttür in der Sommerwärme - offen zugänglich für alle anderen Mieter - hätte man anders lösen können, z.B. durch eine Kooperation mit einem nahegelegenen Café oder Bäcker. So fehlte frischer Kaffee und etwas Abwechslung.

  193. Świetna lokalizacja, czysto i wygodnie :)

    Positive: Mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe , schludne i zadbane . Łóżko było bardzo wygodne , choć kanapa już trochę mniej , ale każdy i tak się wyspał :) właściciele pomyśleli o najmniejszych szczegółach : suszarka, żelazko, deska. Śniadania bardzo obfite i smaczne . Negative: Z racji tego ze okna wychodzą na najbardziej ruchliwą ulice , w nocy było dość głośno. Choć przy zamkniętych oknach już nie było tak zle :) nam szczególnie to nie przeszkadzało , ważne ze wszędzie było blisko .

    Positive: Duże przestronne mieszkanie. Czysto. Wszystko ładnie przygotowane. Nawet w wyposażeniu wąska specjalną lodówka na winko :-) Fotokomórki na dole ścian wbudowane, wiec śmiało po ciemku można dojść w nocy do ubikacji bez wybicia sobie zębów :-) Instrukcja o odebraniu kluczy przychodzi bardzo szybko. Lokalizacja super. Adekwatna cena do standardu i lokalizacji. Polecam. Negative: To juz musiałabym sie szczególików czepiać :-)

  207. Modern, clean apartament in the centre.

    Positive: Modern, very nice apartment (great style), air con., sunny, lots of space/ storage, comfy double bed. Negative: The cleaners were sill cleaning the apartament when I arrived (at 4:30p.m.) and the 'check in' starts at 4p.m. And also on my 'check out' they came at least 30min before 11a.m.

    Positive: Super lokalizacja. W każdym pokoju jest klimatyzator który w okresie wakacyjnym był niezastąpiony. Bardzo ładny apartament I dobrze wyposażony, jest w nim wszystko co jest potrzebne w trakcie wykazdu. Dwa oddzielne zamykane pokoju super sprawdzą się dla dwóch par. Negative: No comment

    Positive: La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, y las indicaciones en la llegada por parte del anfitrión eran muy claras y sencillas para poder acceder al apartamento. Esta ubicado en un 5º piso pero no hay problema porque hay ascensor, por dentro es todo muy moderno y la verdad que todo estaba prácticamente nuevo. Negative: No comment

    Positive: Beautifully re done interior, very clean, amazing location Negative: Very difficult to figure out how to get into the property. There were multiple gates, confusing where the entrance was as the address sign was a half block up. Should be more clarity on how to get in. Also we thought “key” meant key code and not just another button shaped like a key.

    2 positive points: - location - cleanliness BUT, if you’re planing on visiting during cold days, bring your own blankets, there is only 1 in the apartment. The heater in the room does not work and the host will not answer your messages. The address is not precise enough. I do NOT recommend!
